The roots of Creative Solutions in Healthcare can be traced back to Granbury, Texas in the year 2000. Gary and Malisa Blake-Deane co-founded Creative Solutions in Healthcare that year, and opened their first care facility; Granbury Care Center.

• Transport residents to/from medical facilities and/or other activities as needed in a safe manner;
• Accountable for resident’s care while away from facility;
• Identify and report any condition requiring management or clinical attention during the transport;
• Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics;
• Monitor and record resident’s vital signs as needed during transport;
• Assist during downtime at the nursing home with nursing assistant or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from state;
• Basic computer knowledge;
• Current state driver’s license in good standing;
• Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance constraints;
• Must have an acceptable driving record, verified by the Department of Motor Vehicles;
• Must qualify for company insurance, pass DMV check, and practice safe defensive driving skills;
• Must successfully complete an Employee Driver Proficiency in a timely manner;
• Ability to record information and perform technical procedures;
• Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience;
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and handicapped people;
• Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures;
• Ability to perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below.
Physical Demands:
Sitting: 2-3 hour in an 8-hour work shift.
Standing: 1 hour in an 8-hour work shift. Alternates continuously to walking.
Walking: 5-6hours in a 8-hour work shift. Alternates occasionally to standing.
