COREPOWER YOGA NEW STUDIO OPENING SALES ADVISOR

OUR STORY

CorePower Yoga shares the transformative power of yoga with every mind, everybody, everywhere. CorePower Yoga began with a belief that yoga can transform your life - on and off the mat. After a life-changing climbing accident, CorePower Yoga Founder and CEO Trevor Tice turned to yoga for healing. Inspired by the strength and clarity he found, he saw an opportunity to make yoga more dynamic, challenging, and accessible. In 2002, he opened the first CorePower Yoga studio on Grant Street in downtown Denver, CO. Today, CorePower Yoga is one of the nation’s largest yoga brands, with 200+ locations, digital livestream and on-demand classes, and thousands of passionate yoga teachers providing the opportunity for people to breathe, move and sweat together – discovering the magic that happens when physical meets mindful.

OUR CORE VALUES

We are fiercely committed to our Core Values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward and Laugh Together. We embrace change with optimism and build positive working relationships by treating each other with dignity and speaking our truth fast with good intention and kindness. We act with integrity and consistently bring out the best in others. When things get tough, we keep calm and yoga on.

  • EveryoneWe welcome every individual as they are and celebrate the ways we are all different, yet also alike.
  • CommunityWe unite with open hearts and inspire real connections, in the spirit of service, to encourage everyone to thrive.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION

CorePower Yoga is looking for a passionate, people-first New Studio Opening Sales Advisor to help launch and grow one of our newest studios. In this role, you’ll bring the CPY experience to life, connecting with new students, building excitement in the community, and driving Founding All Access Membership enrollments from the ground up. You’ll focus on building authentic relationships that foster long-term engagement and transform first-time students into lifelong CorePower Yoga members.

You’ll work closely with Studio, Area, and District Managers to hit key monthly sales goals and ensure every new student feels seen, supported, and inspired. Plus, you’ll enjoy the comradery of our team of national sellers that support each other virtually across multiple channels. If you’re outgoing, organized, and thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments, this role was made for you! Bonus points if you have a local network you can tap into to create early buzz and build momentum.

This is a full-time role focused on one new studio, with occasional travel to nearby studios or local events to grow brand awareness. You’ll need to be flexible and available for non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Prioritize timely follow-up with inbound inquiries for Founding All Access Memberships
  • Champion local outreach efforts to build awareness and excitement around new studio openings
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses to foster community connections and drive new student engagement
  • Identify and engage potential company partners using real estate-provided stack reports; qualify leads and bring partnerships to life
  • Conduct outreach to former members and non-member students to support lead generation and conversion
  • Plan and host in-studio events that engage the community, celebrate the new opening, and create a strong, welcoming atmosphere from day one

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • You’re a warm, natural connector - outgoing, optimistic, and energized by people and community.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to build something meaningful from the ground up
  • 3+ years of proven success in sales - ideally in memberships, subscriptions, or service-based industries - with a track record of exceeding goals, managing pipelines, and driving conversions.
  • Skilled in networking and relationship-building, with a bonus if you’ve planned or supported local events to drive engagement
  • Passion for wellness, movement, and helping others find what fuels them
  • A strong communicator with an approachable style and a deep commitment to delivering extraordinary, personalized student experiences
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy, with strong time management, follow-through, and the ability to stay connected cross functionally
  • Flexible and reliable - available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
