ROLE SUMMARY 

 

The Yoga and Operations Systems Coordinator will work with and report to the Program Systems Manager to deliver program reporting, harmonize and stand programs up on all platforms to be sellable by deadlines needed for cross functional teams. They will work with a team to support learners experiences while addressing and resolving student concerns in programs.  

 

The Yoga and Operations Systems Coordinator is a dynamic, creative individual that possesses a working knowledge of the practice of yoga, with experience in systems and platform maintenance. They can easily self-organize and prioritize, operate with high-level communication and training skills, and can manage multiple projects at once. 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 

 

Student Experience 

  • Champion student success by resolving concerns quickly and collaborating closely with the Programming Team
  • Use ticketing system and continue to innovate and identify improvement in processes to support better student concern resolution timing 
  • Work with Cross Functional team, including Customer Experience and field leaders to provide a smooth student experience for new students
  • Oversee the administration and distribution of certificates and certificate approval through Yoga Alliance 
  • Oversee administration for BIPOC Scholarship initiative to ensure the DEIBC applications are delivered in a timely manner for review and awards 

 

Program System Administration 

  • Build and maintain program reports
  • Understand the process and provide guidance to the Programming Team for enrollment cycle in Zenoti and E-comm 
  • Work cross functionally with the sales, digital and marketing team to ensure all teams understand deadlines and work cohesively
  • Oversee that the Programming Team has selling enabled for all programs running or programs and promotions are turned off when appropriate
  • Manage CorePower University (Absorb LMS) and access, including vendor relationship and platform innovation 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees preferred but not required
  • RYT 200hr Strongly preferred and RYT 500hr/ERYT 500hr preferred 

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency and experience in Reporting Systems, LMS, and POS, (Experience with Tableau, Absorb, Zenoti, SharePoint, SmartSheet, Excel and FreshWorks a plus).
  • Experience in program and project management strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
  • Thrives in self-guided work environment and can prioritize and multi-task while confidentially working under multiple deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm
  • Solutions-oriented and problem-solver approach 

COMPENSATION

  • $56,640 - $78,000 dependent on experience and geo-location
