Summary:

Cosm is looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Architecture and Planning, you will play a key role in the design and execution of our venue projects as we expand nationwide. This position requires a creative problem-solver with a strong architectural background and a passion for delivering high-quality and cutting-edge designs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Architecture and Planning on the design and development of new venue projects.
Continuously iterate and innovate design ideas and solutions to implement in future venues
Assist early design phases internally with site feasibility studies and test fits
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Find new ways to enhance and deliver the Cosm Fan experience in our venues

Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Excellent skills in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino 3D).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Licensure in architecture is a plus but not required.
