Summary:
Cosm is looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of Architecture and Planning, you will play a key role in the design and execution of our venue projects as we expand nationwide. This position requires a creative problem-solver with a strong architectural background and a passion for delivering high-quality and cutting-edge designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Architecture and Planning on the design and development of new venue projects.
- Continuously iterate and innovate design ideas and solutions to implement in future venues
- Assist early design phases internally with site feasibility studies and test fits
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
- Find new ways to enhance and deliver the Cosm Fan experience in our venues
Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Excellent skills in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino 3D).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Licensure in architecture is a plus but not required.
