Hotel Relations Coordinator
What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Hotel Relations Coordinator within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will enhance ALE’s presence in the hotel industry by promoting ALE’s Preferred Partner Program, building relationships with industry contacts, and responding to inquiries about ALE Solutions. You will assist in the implementation of hotel partnership agreements, including database maintenance, rate testing, and issue resolution. You will report directly to the Hotel Resources Manager and regularly collaborate with hotel brands and chains.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Providing excellent customer service to hotel companies by phone, email, and in person

Promoting ALE’s Preferred Partner Program to hotel industry contacts

Growing and maintain ALE’s Hotel Resources database and partner contact information

Modifying/Formatting incoming hotel lists for import into the database

Verifying that hotels have loaded ALE’s Preferred Rates correctly
-
Responding to employee emails related to Hotel Partnerships and Preferred Rates

Working with hotel industry contacts to resolve day-to-day business issues

Planning and facilitating successful marketing programs and business meetings

Assisting with reserving hotel rooms for clients during catastrophic weather events

Conducting research, creating reports, and developing presentation materials

Working with local caterers and vendors to plan special marketing events in the office

Scheduling meetings and phone calls
-
Communicating with hotels to request updated contact information

Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
2+ years of related job experience preferred
-
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

ACT program experience a plus

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player

Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position.
