What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an ACH Risk Analyst within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our corporate payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for monitoring ACH transaction activity to identify potential fraud, ensure compliance with NACHA and regulatory guidelines, and maintain the integrity and security of ACH processes. You will report directly to the ACH Risk Manager.

As an ACH Risk Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing ACH transactions to identify risk indicators, fraud patterns, or anomalies
• Monitoring debit and credit ACH activity to ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulatory standards
• Investigating suspicious transactions and taking appropriate action to prevent unauthorized activity
• Collaborating with fraud prevention and compliance teams to resolve flagged items
• Implementing and optimizing fraud prevention strategies, including alerts and system monitoring
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation on investigations and resolutions for audits
• Preparing and delivering reports related to risk trends and incidents to senior leadership
• Supporting audits and ensuring readiness with documentation and internal controls
• Participating in the continuous improvement of ACH risk processes and technology

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred)
• 1 or more years of experience in ACH operations, risk management, or fraud prevention
• Familiarity with NACHA rules, Regulation E, and ACH processing standards
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and anomalies
• Must be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with ACH and fraud detection tools/systems is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
