President and General Manager US Vehicle Payments
What We Need
We are seeking an accomplished President & GM to be part of the Senior Leadership team in our US Vehicle Payments business. In this role, you will report directly to Group President of Vehicle Payments.
How We Work
As The President & GM of US Vehicle Payments, you will be expected to work in our Atlanta office. CORPAY will set you up for success by providing:
- Company-issued equipment
- Assigned Workspace in our Buckhead office
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The President & GM has overall responsibility for the overall vision and success of the business. This includes full P&L responsibility, setting and meeting growth targets, and increasing volume and retention. The President & GM will work in a matrixed environment with direct responsibility for product, budgeting and forecasting and strategic growth as well as indirect responsibility for sales and service.
- Product - Create a clear vision for the product, including its long-term goals and target market
- Vision – create a long-term vision for the product, including long-term goals and target market.
- Market Research / User Research – Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product strategy; conduct user research to understand customer pain points and gather feedback to improve the product.
- Features – Identify and prioritize and prioritize product features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Roadmap – create a product roadmap outlining key milestones and development phases.
- Performance Monitoring – track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- UI – In conjunction with IT, build, maintain and improve the product UI, including a mobile UI and a desktop UI, to ensure ease of use and a smooth customer experience.
- Network – ensure the network is utilized effectively by customers, generate new ideas on how to monetize the network.
- Price – develop segmented pricing ideas to maximize revenue and maximize retention
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- P&L – in a matrixed environment, responsible for full P&L of the business; develop ideas for new revenue streams and efficiency ideas to minimize expenses
- Forecast – accurately predict revenue generation monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Strategic growth – generate and execute ideas to drive both organic and inorganic growth including new sales, partnerships, share of wallet and cross-sell.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience as a GM strongly preferred; 10+ years in a strategy, or other business leadership role.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and in a matrixed environment.
