We’re growing fast and we’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our APAC team If you have a knack for coordination, a sharp eye for detail, and love working in a fast-paced, travel-focused environment. We’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll support our Regional Director and wider Client Services team by managing client and supplier relationships, coordinating accommodation for crew and disrupt passengers ensuring our systems and service run smoothly every day. Key tasks include:
- Supporting Account Managers in hotel contracting
- Training hotel partners on our proprietary software
- Liaising with operations and internal teams to meet service standards
- Preparing client deliverables, reports, and data insights
- Managing urgent accommodation bookings and escalations
- Overseeing crew training accommodation
- Supporting RFPs, site visits, and cost-saving initiatives
- Managing crew and disrupt feedback
- Publishing rosters and managing schedules
- Providing general admin, trend analysis, and project support
- Ensuring prompt payments through accounts payable follow-up
What You’ll Need to Succeed
✔️ Previous experience in airline operations or hotels is preferred
✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills
✔️ Familiarity with MS Office
✔️ Legal right to work in Australia (Melbourne-based)
✔️ A valid passport and flexibility to travel (domestic & international)

Salary: $72,000 + Super (11.5% until June 2025, 12% from July 2025)
