What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire an AI Delivery Director for Sales. The AI Delivery Director for Sales will join our newly formed AI Center of Excellence. This is not a theoretical role - we need someone who has successfully implemented AI solutions that drove measurable sales results and can do it again at Corpay. Our CEO has identified sales enhancement as a critical area where AI can drive significant value. We need someone who can take proven AI approaches and rapidly implement them across our diverse portfolio of businesses, from fleet payments to corporate payables to lodging solutions.

How We Work 

As an AI Delivery Director for Sales, you will be expected to work in a remote environment.

Role Responsibilities 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

First Year:

  • Designing and implementing AI solutions for sales teams across 2-3 lines of business
  • Building reusable frameworks and playbooks for rapid deployment across other LOBs
  • Partnering with sales leadership to drive adoption and change management
  • Delivering measurable impact: 10-15% improvement in sales metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, rep productivity)
  • Establishing yourself as Corpay's go-to expert for sales AI

Long Term:

  • Expanding from sales-specific AI to broader revenue-generating AI initiatives
  • Building and leading a team of sales AI specialists
  • Defining Corpay's sales AI strategy and roadmap

Qualifications & Skills 

  • 7+ years in sales operations, sales technology, or related field
  • Led at least one successful enterprise AI implementation for sales (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Microsoft Dynamics AI, custom ML solutions)
  • Hands-on experience with sales AI use cases: lead scoring, opportunity insights, next best actions, conversation intelligence
  • Track record of delivering measurable business results, not just cool technology

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of modern sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, data enrichment tools)
  • Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools
  • Ability to work with data scientists and engineers to build custom solutions
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

 

Leadership Abilities:

  • Proven ability to influence without authority - you'll need to win over skeptical sales leaders
  • Experience driving change management and adoption of new technologies
  • Strong communication skills - ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
  • Project management expertise - you'll be running multiple implementations simultaneously
