Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
What We Need
Corpay is looking for a Sales-focused Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Human Resources team in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you’ll take the lead in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across the organization—especially in high-impact, quota-carrying roles like Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, and Sales Leadership.
You’ll partner closely with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruiting support across multiple lines of business. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape Corpay’s growing salesforce and fuel our revenue-generating engine. You will report directly to VP, Global Talent Acquisition and regularly collaborate with teams/departments.
How We Work
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from SDRs to senior field reps and sales leaders
- Strategically source and engage passive sales talent via cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, and social media
- Conduct thorough intake meetings with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, success profiles, and team dynamics
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using sales-specific frameworks (e.g. track record vs. quota, hunting vs. farming experience, pipeline generation, etc.)
- Present qualified candidates with clarity and speed, offering insights into sales metrics and cultural fit
- Act as a brand ambassador for Corpay’s sales culture across the talent market and recruiting channels
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales talent for current and future openings
- Provide hiring managers with training and best practices for interviewing and sales talent evaluation
- Partner on sales workforce planning, diversity hiring strategies, and talent market intelligence
- Leverage our ATS (Dayforce) and CRM tools to manage requisitions, report on metrics, and track pipeline health
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring sales professionals (inside sales, field sales, SDRs, sales leadership)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions across multiple geographies or teams
- Deep understanding of sales personas, sales cycles, and performance metrics
- Skilled in sourcing passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
- Experience supporting quota-carrying roles, including interview techniques tailored to sales (e.g. behavioral, situational, and performance-based interviewing)
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Dayforce
- Bonus points for PHR and/or AIRS certifications
