What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service – Director within our Lodging Division. The Director of Client Services focus is overseeing and improving the entire client experience including managing a customer portfolio, maximize business opportunities, ensure premium customer care, and build long-term relationships. The main priority within the client’s lodging structure is to ensure client savings, satisfaction and retention.   Additional support roles will include engagement with account managers, driving service improvements and contributing to the overall development of the product.

As a Customer Service – Director, you will be expected to work in hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

 

  • Assigned workspace in Wichita, KS.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts including the overall management of the client’s agreement and lodging package.
  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, increase client retention and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain client-related goals based on savings, travel policy, hotel coverage, data visibility and overall program efficiencies.
  • Complete renewal goals and other requirements.
  • Participate in new business by contributing to the development of proposals.
  • Identifying training needs and facilitating professional development opportunities for account managers that provide day-to-day services to clients.
  • Ensure reporting needs for clients and internal processes are maintained.
  • Support projects involving training, marketing, and IT initiatives.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings or events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 


Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills are required.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and interact with customer contacts at all levels.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to think strategically, identify and capitalize on opportunities. 
  • Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience with MS Office including strong Excel is required.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
