What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Director of Sales Talent Acquisition within our US Sales and Marketing function. In this role, you will lead the global talent acquisition strategy for Corpay’s Sales and Marketing organization, overseeing the development of scalable, forward-looking recruiting solutions that enable high-performance growth. You will report directly to the Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and regularly collaborate with Sales Leaders, Marketing Leadership, Revenue Operations, and HR Business Partners.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing recruiting team dedicated to the CRO Sales and Marketing function.
- Designing and executing scalable hiring strategies to support both high-volume and strategic hiring across global markets
- Partnering directly with CRO and Sales/Marketing leadership to proactively forecast hiring needs and ensure talent pipelines align to business growth plans.
- Driving continuous improvements in requisition fill rate, time-to-hire, and quality of hire
- Creating a data-driven recruiting culture focused on funnel optimization, pipeline health, and performance tracking.
- Leveraging labor market insights, tools, and tech to enable efficient, targeted sourcing
- Managing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction through streamlined, high-touch processes
- Supporting the development of employer branding and talent marketing initiatives in partnership with Brand and Comms teams
- Ensuring recruiting practices align with Corpay’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience with significant focus on sales-related roles
- 5+ years of experience directly managing recruiting teams, preferably in a matrixed or global environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering high-volume and strategic hiring outcomes for sales and marketing functions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Fluency in recruiting metrics, performance KPIs, and talent market insights
- Experience with modern recruiting tech stacks (ATS, CRM, assessments, automation tools)
- Preferred: Experience supporting a global or multi-brand revenue organization
- High sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
