SVP, Prepaid Sales
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Prepaid Sales Leader to oversee our U.S. Prepaid/Payroll Card business. This position reports to executive leadership and will play a critical role in defining and executing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy while scaling a high-performance sales organization. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading B2B/B2B2C sales teams within fintech, payments, or prepaid environments and excels at developing sales culture, coaching leaders, and driving revenue.

Role Responsibilities

Lead and manage the U.S. Prepaid/Payroll Card sales team to achieve revenue, retention, and profitability goals

Build and maintain a disciplined, performance-driven culture with clear KPIs, coaching, and accountability

Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with Corpay’s broader vision and business objectives

Partner with marketing, product, operations, and other sales segments to drive joint opportunities and seamless execution

Cultivate new revenue channels by identifying emerging market trends and competitive opportunities

Ensure strong pipeline generation and deal velocity through a data-centric sales methodology

Provide executive-level communication and insight into performance, forecasting, and strategic opportunities

Mentor senior sales directors and build leadership succession for long-term growth
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C sales leadership roles in fintech, financial services, prepaid cards, or payroll/EWA solutions

Proven success leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, including senior-level leaders
-
Strong executive presence with ability to influence internally and externally at the C-suite level
-
High competency in sales analytics, CRM utilization, forecasting, and performance management
-
Demonstrated success in building a structured sales operating model with repeatable results
-
Skilled in cross-functional leadership and fostering alignment across departments
-
Comfortable with strategic ambiguity and able to balance vision with flawless execution
