Afternoon Non-Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia at Weatherwood.

**Concordia at Weatherwod is seeking non-certified nursing assistants to work as a full-time or part-time employee and the Afternoon shift!**

Entry level friendly and paid on the job training!

Competitive starting wages (and increases with experience) with $1.50/hour shift differentials provided for the afternoon and midnight shifts. Additional $.50/hour weekend differentials provided for all shifts!

**An additional $1/hour can be earned if waiving health insurance benefits**

$2,000 retention bonus for qualifying full-time nursing assistants and $1,000 retention bonus for qualifying part-time nursing assistants.

Responsibilities of a Non-certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
• Documenting the care that was provided
• Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
• Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.

Qualifications of a Non-certified Nursing Assistant:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!
