Casual or Student Dietary Aide

Come join Concordia at Weatherwood's quality focused dietary team as a Casual or Student Dietary Aide. As a Casual or Student Dietary Aide you will have the opportunity to serve quality food to our residents, assist with preparation, wait tables, wash dishes, and keep a tidy and clean work space.

This is an entry level position and no experience is necessary. You will be paid while you train!

Competitive starting wages at $15.00/hour for a dietary aide and they commensurate with experience!

Qualifications of a Casual or Student Dietary Aide:

• Basic math skills
• Strong work ethic and customer service skills
• Passion for working with and assisting the geriatric population

Responsibilities of a Casual or Student Dietary Aide:

• Serving drinks, side dishes, and meals to the residents
• Waiting tables during dinner service
• Assisting the cook with preparation and baking
• Washing dishes
• Keeping the work area clean and sanitary at all times
