Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Currently Seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for two 16 hour shifts (6:00AM-10:30PM) per week.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible providing high quality care for personal care residents at Concordia at Bethlen

**Retention bonus of $2,000 offered for full-time employees and $1,000 offered for part-time employees**

**Employees that waive the health benefit are eligible to receive an additional $1/hour insurance supplement.**

**$1.50/hour shift differential between 2:00PM & 10:00PM**

Qualifications of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Dedicated to providing high quality care
• Caring and compassionate
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse
• Demonstration of leadership ability
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules
• Timely and accurate documentation
• Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
• Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders
• Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution
