Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - Part-time

Currently Seeking Part-Time LPN’s for:

6P-10P Monday through Friday

(2) 6A-630P shifts per week, (no weekends)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible providing high quality care for the residents here at Concordia at Bethlen.

License/Certification:

• LPN (Required)

Pay: $29-31 per hour based on experience

$1.50/hr shift differential for afternoon shift hours (6P-10P)

Qualifications:

• Dedicated to providing high quality care
• Caring and compassionate
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse
• Demonstration of leadership ability
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Works wells with people

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administers medications
• Follows and updates care plans
• Completes accurate, complete, timely, legible documentation
• Follows physician orders and communicates changes as needed
• Communicates with residents and families
• Shift to shift report
• Supervises Nurse Aide care
• Assists Nurse Aides in providing direct care
• Provides treatments and procedures
