Concordia Visiting Nurses, is looking for a Full-time Liaison to assist our team at UPMC Washington Hospital. Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses are urged to apply!

POSITION SUMMARY for the Clinical Liaison

• The Clinical Liaison, is responsible for increasing the referral base in an appointed territory by selling Concordia Hospice of Washington’ services to referral sources such as physicians, social workers, case managers, assisted and independent living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, clinics, adult day centers, and the community. Their main responsibility is sales and marketing. The Medical Marketing Representative will:
• Develops new referral sources and provides strategies on acquiring relationships to provide home health services within the marketplace.
• Develops, implements an approved account specific strategic business plans/account targets/service delivery models, and coordinates activities with Marketing Director and other Agency senior management to ensure the provision of high-quality healthcare services.
• Formulates and implements client specific policies, procedures and systems, directs ongoing research activities, impact analyses of internal and external market forces, prepares reports on findings and recommends strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the Agency’s market position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS for the Clinical Liaison

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• RN or LPN license preferred, but not required.
• A minimum of three to five years healthcare marketing experience required.
• Must have a minimum of two years marketing/sales experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Prior home healthcare and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
