Student Seasonal Groundskeeper

We are looking for a summer lawncare worker to join our grounds crew here at Concordia at Cabot! As a member of our grounds crew, you will be responsible for regular lawncare and maintaining equipment on the campus. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors. Paid on-the-job training as needed. At the end of the season, employees can stay on for weekends and holiday work as needed.

Groundskeeper Qualifications:

• Compassionate and polite attitude with residents
• Prior knowledge of operating various equipment and power tools is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and follow direction given by the Grounds Supervisor

Groundskeeping Responsibilities:

• Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition
• Mowing
• Mulching
• Planting
• Pruning
• Minor repairs to external structures
• Spring and fall clean-ups
