Position Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing – Offline Channels to lead and scale our offline marketing efforts, including DRTV, radio, print, direct mail, and out-of-home (OOH). This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing leader who can blend creativity with analytics to optimize campaign performance and customer acquisition. You will leverage data, analytics, and testing methodologies to drive incremental growth, improve attribution models, and maximize ROI on offline media spend.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.
What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive offline growth marketing strategy, aligning with company goals.
- Scale Direct Response Television (DRTV) campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize budget allocation and media mix across offline channels based on performance analytics.
- Work cross-functionally withsales,finance, business insights, and digital marketing teams to ensure holistic growth strategies.
- Data & Analytics-Driven Decision Making
- Own data-driven measurement for offline channels, using incrementality testing, and media mix modeling (MMM).
- Build forecasting models to predict and optimize offline campaign performance.
- Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks for offline media.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimizedfor performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and make real-time adjustments to improve CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CLV (Customer Lifetime Value)and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Work closely with media buying agencies to optimize placements and pricing.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Partner with digital team in connecting offline channels to online impacts.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Present key insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation and performance marketing, specifically in Direct Response TV
- 7 years of experience in managing a marketing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with the business
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and the ability to communicate findings at all levels of the organization to drive action.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across many departments.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically, identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate colleagues to focus their energy on achieving business goals.

- Foundational understanding of all marketing channels both offline and online
- Experience utilizing analytics as it relates to marketing performance measurement
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and travel (up to 10%); will include some overnight travel.
- Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams).Salesforce and PowerBIexperience isa plus.

Work Environment:
100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
Compensation:
