JOB DUTIES:

As a project engineer at Cresline Plastic Pipe Co, Inc., you can expect to have several responsibilities related to overseeing and managing various projects. While the specific tasks may vary depending on the project scope, here are some common responsibilities:

· Develop, execute, and manage assigned projects in support of plant performance goals.

· Define project goals, objectives, and scope. Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets.

· Work with team to develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.

· Identify and procure necessary materials, equipment, and services for project implementation.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, and reports.

· Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, and develop actionable solutions.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Willingness to travel to plant locations throughout the US for plant support and project installation.

To excel as a project engineer at Cresline Plastic Pipe Co., Inc., the following qualifications are desired:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Proficiency in drawing software such as AutoCAD/Inventor
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge in PLC programming and HMI development. Allen Bradley knowledge is a plus.
• Attention to detail to ensure company compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and maintenance.
