Program Manager

TekPro Support Services is seeking a Program Manager to support our new mission with the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, CA. This role is 100% onsite and requires a Secret Clearance.

What You'll Do:

• The Program Manager, a Key Position, shall be responsible for providing technical expertise in the overall planning, direction, and successful execution of all requirements outlined in this SOW.
• Ensure that all project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame, budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Provide program and project management services including, but not limited to:
  • Program Planning and Control
  • Resource management
  • Risk management
  • Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development
  • Budgeting and Cost Management
  • Schedule management
  • Performance monitoring and reporting
  • Documentation preparation and transmittal
  • Quality control
• Establish effective communication channels with the PCO, Contract Specialist, and
• Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and shall conduct biweekly task order status meetings covering task order execution, identified performance risks and issues, and the contractor’s mitigation/corrective actions.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in mathematics, engineering, M.B.A or other technical Degree
• 12 years relevant experience supporting professional and administrative support services programs
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management
• Certified SCRUM Master or Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner
• Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) familiarity
• Communication and briefing skills
• Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
• Program and personnel management
• Financial management
• Risk management policies and assessment
• Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
• Program management experience running a large support services contract with multiple subcontractors
