Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Systems Administrator at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

 

Qualifications 

  • Possess proficiency in all aspects of the CHCS laboratory module.
  • Possess a bachelors degree or higher in a laboratory science or other related medical field.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years laboratory experience.
  • Possess a proficiency in Medical Terminology and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with CHCS.
  • Possesses and maintains Security Plus certification and/or attains certification requirements within 90 days of job start.
  • Have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position. 

The Contractor shall: 

  • Maintain USAFSAM/PHE laboratory file tables in CHCS, coordinate file table validation with internal/external new and existing customers on laboratory interoperability; resolve data and network connection interoperability concerns. Assist in training CHCS lab users from in-house and sites throughout the Department of Defense (DoD on basic CHCS use, Laboratory File/Table build, Laboratory Interoperability (LIO) functionality (to include troubleshooting) and GIS Interface; monitor error trap for lab system errors; identify causes and provide resolution of errors using routine and global listing; perform CHCS post-downtime functionality checks.
  • Create, document and maintain CHCS laboratory user accounts and provider files; troubleshoot CHCS problems with in-house and remote CHCS users; validate CHCS test files with internal and external LIO users.
  • Resolve patient registration discrepancies for customers; Patient data discrepancies will be resolved on the same day the discrepancy message was sent in order to avoid delayed testing of patient samples and result reporting.
  • Develop ad hoc databases queries utilizing MUMPS statements, Boolean expressions, and Fileman.
  • Provide for the installation of upgrades/patches to the DII servers (if loaded locally), monitoring of system and device activity in order to identify problem areas and to provide early detection of possible network capacity shortages.
  • Contact the necessary personnel to resolve network system problems within 15 minutes, interfacing with hardware and software vendors during the installation phase of commercial-off- the-shelf software for instrument interfaces, assisting developers in the proper use of the system and responding to user/customer concerns with utilization of the system.
  • Maintain instrument interfaces and install new interface connections as required. Interface connections shall be monitored daily.
  • On a weekly basis an interface status report for all instruments shall be submitted to USAFSAM Support Technical Supervisor.
