Medical Records Provider

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is hiring for a Physicians Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. The Physician’s Assistant supports medical case management for at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Requirements:

Nurse Practioner

• Education – Nurse Practioner requires a Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited university.
• Certification as a Nurse Practioner by either the American Association of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
• An active state license as a Nurse Practioner.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Nurse Practioner.

Physician Assistant

• Bachelors’ degree from an accredited university.
• Completion of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant.
• An active state license as a Physician Assistant.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant.

All candidates will require:

• Compliancy with the HIPAA upon employment and annually as required after employment.
• Current in Basic Life Support (BLS) 
• Current in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Duties:

• Planning and Coordinating the Medical Case Management Case Review Boards for the Air Force National Guard.
• Providers will review and make medical recommendations and dispositions of medical cases in adherence to DOD, USAF, and ANG policies, directives, established processes, and guidance from the NGB Surgeon General.
• Attend weekly Medical Case Management board for Case Management staff.
