Responsible for day-to-day financial operations of large AYSO client in the Southern California market.
Duties include banking and use of accounting software to post transactions and reconcile accounts; management of team accounting system; payment of bills, vendor invoices, tournament fees, and other obligations; establishment of procedures to track and properly allocate professional trainer hours; support to regional administrators.
Registrar responsibilities include planning and implementation of player registration for multiple regional programs across different seasons, and providing systems support for registrants and volunteers.
Some local travel required.
