We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician who will provide maintenance according to company standards on newer residential heating and air conditioning systems while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as part-replacement calls.
- Accurately document age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services, and services completed.
- Debrief with dispatch after each service call.
- Respect the customer’s property by inspecting the area for cleanliness after job completion.
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
- Always maintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates.
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Abide by all company standards of performance and code of ethics.
- Participate in all company-sponsored training classes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Verifiable residential HVAC maintenance experience greatly preferred.
- EPA or NATE certification preferred.
- Solid communication and customer service skills a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
