This position is on-site, with potential to move to a hybrid schedule. Annual salary between $65k - $95k, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the first point of contact for team member inquiries related to Dayforce, by managing the service request ticketing system to ensure timely support and issue resolution
  • Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities throughout Dayforce
  • Develops process documentation for all end-users, and conducts trainings as needed
  • Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions
  • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation
  • Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches
  • Supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects
  • Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix, documenting process and results
  • Creates, maintains, and supports a variety of reports and queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Helps maintain data integrity by regularly extracting and analyzing data
  • Prepares files for audit and maintains SOX compliance in accordance with company policy
  • Collaborates with Payroll, HR, Benefits and IT to identify process improvement opportunities.

Experience & Education

  • 2+ years’ HRIS experience analytics/systems
  • 1+ years’ Dayforce System Administrator experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field
  • Experience in Human Resources and Payroll
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office preferred
  • CCP, HRCI, IIBA, and/or PMI certification a plus
  • Experience in Project Management a plus
