What You’ll Do:

As a B-Level Service Technician, your role will involve hands-on expertise in diagnosing and completing routine repairs on customer vehicles. You will be responsible for performing general repairs with some assistance, including but not limited to:

  • Light engine work, transmissions, clutches, drive shafts, and electrical systems
  • HVAC, steering & suspension systems, and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete accurate multi-point inspections and document all work performed
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain technician proficiency through ongoing training and certifications
  • Conduct road tests to confirm successful repairs
  • Provide high-quality preventive maintenance services
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer-sponsored training programs
  • Achieve top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores for our district, regional, and national goals
  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned in pristine condition, just as they arrived
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies for vehicle safety and integrity

Qualifications:

  • ASE certifications are highly preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as an automotive technician
  • Basic tools required (additional tools are a plus)
  • Excellent technical and mechanical skills
  • A strong team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
