We’re currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Professional II to join our Early Intervention team and make a lasting impact in the lives of infants, toddlers, and their families.
The pay for this position is $21.00 to $21.65 per hour.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9a-3p

What You’ll Do
As an Early Intervention Professional II, you’ll work under the direction of the Program Director to provide individualized services that reduce developmental delays and support families in their journey. Your work will include:

Planning and implementing weekly infant/toddler programs in-home or at our center

Designing and delivering individualized and group learning activities
-
Coordinating community outings and offering family support

Collaborating with parents, teachers, and professionals to enhance programming

Managing caseloads, writing goals and assessments, and tracking progress

Maintaining communication with service coordinators and community partners
-
Ensuring safety, confidentiality, and advocacy for all clients

Acting as a mandated reporter and upholding client rights
What You Need to Be Successful
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
-
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Proven ability to mobilize resources and support clients in reaching goals
-
Knowledge of client rights and program design
-
CPR/First Aid certification (training provided upon hire)

Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
-
Experience with electronic case management systems (Therap preferred)
-
Proficiency with virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom) and MS Office
-
Bilingual English-Spanish skills (preferred)
