We’re seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to lead our Adult Day Services Center in North County. The PA will combine strategic leadership with compassionate care. This role involves designing engaging curriculum, coordinating daily program schedules, and ensuring high-quality supports for clients. You’ll work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals, utilizing clear communication, encouraging professional growth, and maintaining timely, thorough client records.
Pay: This is an exempt position and the pay range for this position is $70,723 to $77,633, based on tenure.
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-4:30p.
Location: San Marcos, California (North County Training Center)

A typical day will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a dynamic Day Services Center
- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals, a Case Manager, and Administrative Assistant
- Ensure person-centered programming, curriculum development, and community integration
- Managing client enrollment through program tours, intake coordination, and attendance tracking
- Maintain case management excellence and compliance with State and regional regulations (Title 17 & 22)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and community
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field or 6+ years of related professional experience
- Two (2) years of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities
- Proven supervisory experience with staff and client care teams
- Experience with case management, client intake, and behavioral support practices
- Knowledge of Person-Centered Thinking and SDRC protocols
We’d love it if you:
- Have advanced proficiency in electronic case management (Therap preferred)
- Are bilingual (English-Spanish strongly preferred)
