Sommaire des responsabilités
- Répondre aux appels du bureau
- Classer les factures
- Faire l’entrée des paiements
- Offrir du support aux opérations pour les comptes clients et fournisseurs
- Créer des bons de commande
- Faire la réception des bons de commande
- Procéder à l’ouverture des nouveaux comptes clients et fournisseurs
- Envoyer les états de compte
- Autres tâches administratives
Compétences
- Détenir un DEP ou AEC en comptabilité
- Avoir minimum 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou expérience pertinente
- Être parfaitement bilingue tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Maîtriser la Suite Office
- Connaissance du logiciel comptable Dynamics 365 (un atout)
- Avoir une bonne esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à déterminer et gérer les priorités
- Avoir un très bon sens de l’organisation
Horaire et Salaire
Lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h00 (40 heures par semaine)
Travail hybride, soit 2 jours par semaine à notre bureau de Waterloo
