POSITION HIGHLIGHTS- This role is focused on learning insurance products while recruiting advisors to utilize our services!

- Monday - Thursday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Friday: 7:30AM - 2:00PM
SUMMARY
Responsible for providing support services to promote the company's product portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotes the company’s product portfolio with specialization in product(s) assigned.
- Makes outbound calls to recruit agents to set appointments for Marketing Consultants. Handle 100+ recruiting calls per day and 2 hours of talk time with agents and agencies.
- Refers agents to Marketing Consultants based on additional informational needs, particularly for products outside the scope of the position.
- Utilizes and updates Hubspot for recruiting calls and email sequencing.
- Updates and maintains Contact Management System information in accordance with policies and procedures; Updates and maintains task list.
- Recruits agents to participate in special marketing opportunities.
- Works collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of the business by serving on relevant internal and external committees.
- Assists with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) or more years of General insurance industry or related field (financial services, marketing, web-based business, business-to-business customer service or call center)
Valid Insurance License or willing to obtain (company paid)
SKILLS
Working knowledge of insurance services industries and specific current knowledge of product lines assigned to the marketer
Knowledge of the general industry procedures, practices and terminology preferred
Skill in working effectively with inbound and outbound callers/customers
Skill in negotiating and problem solving to resolve internal and external conflicts
Skill in the use of office equipment including computer, fax, printer, telephone system, etc
Skill in the use of time management and organization skills
Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with all customers, employees and the general public
Skill in project management
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft/Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook software preferred)
Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to maintain all company policies, including all confidentiality and safety policies
Ability to work independently, exercise independent judgment, make and execute decisions
