SUMMARY 

Responsible for supporting the operational and financial needs of the department by providing day-to-day support and assistance to the Operating Group Leadership. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

•    Supports the development and documentation of workflows and systems/process improvements for assigned business units;

•    Assists with training, support and audit for core business application users;

•    Performs analysis and assists on special projects as requested by management;

•    Advocates the enhanced use of technology and training where appropriate;

•    Partners with Corporate Services business units (i.e. Facilities, IT, Accounting, Legal) to facilitate efficient business operations;

•    Assists with implementation of process and productivity improvement for the department;

•    Prepares and analyzes ad-hoc analytic and operation exception reports detailing commissions, accounts receivable and company payable issues;

•    Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

•    Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE 

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Five (5) or more years related work experience

Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor

SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills

Advanced analytical skills

Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills

Ability and motivation to work independently

Ability to interface with executives – internal and external

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in Agency Management System
