Job Summary:
Albright College is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources. In this role you will provide support to the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and services to support efficient operations of the organization's human resource department such as onboarding, employee records, and general HR operations. This role requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

 

This is a part-time non-exempt position, 25 hours per week, with scheduled hours being from 9 AM to 2 PM. The pay range is $17 to $19 an hour.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and assist employees with any questions, directing them to appropriate staff as needed
  • Maintain and update job postings, employee records, and HR email
  • Schedule meetings and trainings as needed
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior HR experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
