Sr Manager, Corporate Finance & Lender Reporting

Summary:
This role requires a weekly on-site presence at our Galleria Office based in Atlanta, GA.
The Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Lender Reporting will be responsible for management and execution of the Company’s lender requirements, as well as ownership of investor presentations and other key deliverables. This individual will be the primary point-of-contact for the Company’s multiple lending parties, managing all required deliverables and related flow of funds. The role will have high visibility across the organization and will be working cross-functionally with several groups including accounting, treasury, analytics, and merchandising, as well as externally with the Company’s lending parties. This role will eventually expand its responsibilities and exposure within the Corporate Finance function.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and track flow of deliverables to lending parties, including borrowing base submissions and required reporting to maintain compliance
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to produce recurring and ad-hoc deliverables
• Provide key support to other finance team members as subject matter expert
• Maintain reporting processes and other requirements to a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Create internal/external facing financial and operational presentations to key stakeholders
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7 years of relevant experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• MBA is a plus but not required
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, specifically with credit facilities or other debt instruments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Financial modeling skills
- Business acumen – Knowledge, insight and understanding of financial concepts, tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
- Communication – Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive and accurately interpret ideas, information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. This includes the ability to describe or explain complex processes and issues in a concise manner
