Position Overview
The warehouse position is held by a reliable, highly motivated, dedicated, service-oriented individual to oversee the warehouse's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the license plate fulfillment process, and inventory control, ensuring all duties are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and maintain high standards of quality control in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee and manage the license plate fulfillment process from start to finish.
- Accurately select, pack, and prepare license plates for shipment.
- Maintain organization of the warehouse.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure both state and company policies are met.
- Track and manage inventory levels, restocking as necessary.
- Handle and lift 30 pounds regularly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the appropriate team members promptly.
- A clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 30 pounds consistently.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to transport boxes of inventory to and from the post office and warehouse daily.
