Inside Sales - Tour Guide/Administrative 

Hours: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, with occasional extended hours when conducting tours

This position will be responsible for supporting many roles within Inside Sales, including:

• Give plant tours (part of the tour guide team)
• Switchboard
• Outbound Order Status Calls
• Customer Address Changes
• Inside Sales Admin

Who we are looking for:

• Great communication skills
• Attention to detail & willingness to be flexible and learn new computer systems
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks
• Confidence to speak with customers both on the phone and in person
• Ability to transport customer tours using JASPER vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
