Job Summary

 

Responsible to drive the overall health, efficiency, and profitability optimization of the business. An internal champion and cross-functional communicator / problem solver.  Leverages information to make timely, fact-based decisions.

 

Essential Job Functions *

 

  • Line logic pricing review and maintenance / annual optimization (List & MSRP, Standard Cost)
  • Portfolio health and item rationalization – company wide
  • End-of-life item process - including liquidation lists
  • Value engineering – Making existing items more profitable
  • Coordination point with sourcing on: PV RFQs and item anomalies
  • Maintaining item attribute accuracy and integrity (all systems including PLM, WebDam…)
  • Coordination point with planning on: MOQs, subs, alt boms
  • Quality point – triage and improvement
  • Drives the change management process
  • Handles internal (sales, field, CE..) and external (bizarre voice…) questions
  • Acquisition SKU integration support (rationalization, transition, setup, etc.)
  • Good financial acumen -understands pricing strategy
  • Ability to tactically execute plan and programs
  • Self-motivated and driven coo

Education & Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, 1-2 years’ experience in related field.

Office: Office setting. Seldom exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Loud working environment of the shop area. Functional vision and hearing required.
