RESPONSIBILITIES

Per Scholas seeks a Talent Solutions Intern to cultivate a pipeline of employers to hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for IT jobs. The role is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about Per Scholas in the business and employer community and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and our graduates.
The successful candidate will have or is looking to develop marketing, sales, and business development experience.

- Working toward a degree in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development.
- Must be an enrolled student at DeVry/Keller.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a current student in good standing and possess a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Must be enrolled in a minimum of six credits per semester.
- FWS fund eligible.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed, motivated individuals.
- People who sit around, waiting to be told what to do will not do well in this environment.
