Senior Solutions Consultant
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant within our Cross Border division. This position falls under our Corpay Cross Border line of business and is based in Sydney. In this role, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering complex, high-impact technical solutions to global clients. Serving as a senior advisor across the pre- and post-sales lifecycle, you’ll bridge business needs with Corpay’s digital capabilities—leading solution design, driving technical implementations, and influencing product strategy through client advocacy. This role requires a confident communicator and technical leader with deep experience in client-facing integrations, stakeholder management, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions at scale. You will report directly to the Director of Global Client Engagement.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be expected to work in our Sydney office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solutioning for complex client implementations, from discovery and design through to production deployment and transition to account management.
- Serve as the technical authority during pre-sales engagements—owning the technical discovery process, delivering advanced demos, and presenting integration strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
- Partner with global Sales, Product, and Digital Growth teams to shape and scope technical opportunities, ensuring alignment with client goals and Corpay’s platform capabilities.
- Develop and champion technical best practices for onboarding, integration, and client support, ensuring scalable and repeatable delivery models.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting guidance and hands-on support during integration, certification, and post-go-live stages—serving as a trusted escalation point for key clients and complex scenarios.
- Drive project governance, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring all technical milestones and dependencies are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, solution architectures, test plans, production readiness checklists, and warranty support artifacts.
- Influence product development through direct feedback from clients and market insights—acting as a senior voice in shaping future capabilities and technical roadmap.
- Mentor and support junior members of the Client Engagement or Solutions team, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Lead internal enablement sessions and workshops to upskill teams across Sales, Product, and Operations on new digital solutions and client use cases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or enterprise implementation role—preferably in fintech, B2B payments, SaaS, or ERP environments.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects in a global or cross-border context.
- Advanced knowledge of REST APIs, file-based integrations, and ERP systems, with demonstrated fluency using tools such as Postman, Kibana, SQL, and Excel.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management capability, with experience leading client engagements from technical scoping to go-live.
- Demonstrated ability to translate client challenges into scalable, value-driven technical solutions.

This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. An estimate of the salary OTE is $200,000.00.
