What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) within our US Sales and Marketing division. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the company’s enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy. You will define and execute initiatives that drive digital innovation, improve operational agility, and enhance customer and employee experiences through technology, data, and automation. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and regularly collaborate with Technology, Product, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing leadership.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Defining and leading Corpay’s global digital transformation strategy across all business units and customer touchpoints.
  • Aligning enterprise digital initiatives to long-term business growth, operational scalability, and customer-centric innovation.
  • Driving the integration and modernization of technology platforms, automation solutions, and digital tools across the organization.
  • Partnering with functional leaders to embed digital capabilities across sales, marketing, product, finance, operations, and customer support.
  • Overseeing the development of new digital products, platforms, and data assets that unlock value for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building and leading a high-performing digital strategy team with expertise in innovation, analytics, automation, UX, and platform enablement.
  • Driving the use of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to enable smarter decision-making and initiative-taking customer engagement.
  • Championing a digital-first culture by establishing agile methodologies, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and building internal capability.
  • Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, vendors, and partnerships that support the digital roadmap.
  • Collaborating with the CIO and CTO to align infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance with digital innovation goals
  • Reporting on digital transformation progress and value creation to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • 15+ years of experience in digital leadership, strategy, or transformation within global, matrixed organizations.
  • Proven track-record of designing and executing large-scale digital strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including platforms, cloud, SaaS, data, AI/ML, automation, and customer experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional changes across products, operations, and IT organizations.
  • Deep commercial acumen with ability to translate digital vision into revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting to and working with Boards, investors, and executive committees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
