Housing Coordinator Assistant

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Housing Coordinator Assistant within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will contribute to the department’s efficiency in serving the client’s needs by being the liaison to all internal departments, vendors and policyholders. You will report directly to the Customer Care Department Assistant Manager.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Maintaining a daily tracking log of file assignments using tasks including detailed notes of verbal and written correspondence (documenting names/phone numbers of conversations held)
  • Processing lease extensions
  • Processing, filing move outs & obtaining a signed copy of ALE’s notice to vacate from our landlord’s using all communication means necessary
  • Securing last-minute lease extension with landlords per the direction of the adjuster
  • Confirming furniture pick up dates with vendors
  • Sending welcome letter to clients introducing move out team members
  • Corresponding with clients to determine housing status
  • Supporting Housing Coordinators by filling in as a backup during planned/unplanned absences
  • Assisting Accounting Department in following up on uncashed checks to be reissued
  • Corresponding with landlords and collaborate with the Accounting Department on rent check inquiries/discrepancies
  • Receiving and submitting landlord address changes – making clear and accurate notes in ACT
  • Collecting and inputting new landlord data in to ACT
  • Performing other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ACT program experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, be very organized, have strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi task, and be a team player
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical skills for this position
  • Exhibits strong business acumen and sound judgement
  • Ability to mentor coworkers
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships among team members in the course of work
  • Ability to assist coworkers with tasks

The estimate of the minimum and maximum Hourly range is $16-17.
