Revenue Operations Analyst - Salesforce Focus
What We Need
Corpay is seeking a highly analytical and Salesforce-savvy professional to join our growing Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in aligning revenue teams under one data-driven strategy and is ideal for someone with deep Salesforce expertise and a strong grasp of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be expected to work in an office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
- Salesforce Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support marketing and sales teams.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign attribution, lead flow, and sales performance.
- Account List Deployment
- Own the account segmentation and list deployment process
- Manage ongoing assignment of target accounts and prospects in Salesforce, including ownership rules and exception handling.
- Ingest and clean external account data sources (e.g., TAM, intent, firmographics) for deployment and GTM activation.
- Ensure accurate tagging of strategic accounts, priority tiers, and marketing campaign lists.
- Data Integration & Automation:
- Work with data teams to map external sources (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense) into Salesforce and enrich target accounts.
- Collaborate with RevOps, IT, and engineering to ensure accurate data flows between Salesforce and other tools (e.g., Marketo, Tableau).
- Improve data quality and integrity through audits, validation rules, and error resolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define KPIs and ensure consistent metric definitions.
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Documentation & Governance:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, logic, and assumptions.
- Promote data literacy and best practices across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including schema, reporting tools, and opportunity lifecycle.
- Strong familiarity with ZoomInfo and ABM frameworks (e.g., identifying ICPs, tiering accounts, engagement scoring).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence through data.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Alteryx and experience working with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with RevOps tooling ecosystem: Marketo, Outreach, etc.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus for statistical modeling or automation.
