What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a CAT Logistics & Hotel Solutions Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will support our lodging services during catastrophic (CAT) events by coordinating housing solutions for insurance adjusters and policyholders, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to Director of CAT Logistics and regularly collaborate with hotel brands, internal stakeholders, and policyholders.

As a/an CAT Logistics & Hotel Solutions Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in St. Charles. IL office

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing adjuster housing needs and holding room reservations during CAT events
  • Liaising with customers to offer hotel expertise and resolve housing-related concerns
  • Maintaining partnerships with hotel brands, negotiating discounts, and preparing reports
  • Maintaining tracking systems for reservations, customer data, and event logistics
  • Communicating with insureds, adjusters, and hotel partners to ensure housing arrangements
  • Troubleshooting booking, check-in, and policy issues with a customer-first approach
  • Working overtime during CAT events, including holidays and weekends as needed
  • Balancing calls, texts, and emails to deliver high-level customer support
  • Assisting with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • ACT program experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities
  • Exceptional organizational, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate within a team
  • Strong business acumen, leadership ability, and sound judgment
  • Passion for providing customer service and solving problems efficiently

The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
