Salesforce Program Manager

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Program Manager. In this role, the Salesforce Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Salesforce initiatives within Payables at Corpay. This individual will drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects while fostering collaboration across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, superior program management skills, and a proven ability to lead teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Developing and managing comprehensive program roadmaps and execution plans for Salesforce development initiatives
- Defining scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with key stakeholders
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
- Serving as the primary escalation point for program-level issues and risks; drive resolution strategies
- Leading Sprint Retrospectives to capture learnings and apply continuous improvement
- Delivering executive summaries and program dashboards to senior leadership
- Applying quantitative methods to drive and support management decisions
- Strong analytical skills with a business foundation to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Providing day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Project Managers and cross-functional contributors
- Promoting a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and collaboration
- Conducting performance assessments and contributing to professional development planning
- Serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders within the assigned LOBs
- Communicating progress, risks, and priorities clearly and regularly to sponsors and executive stakeholders
- Gathering and refining business requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce platform usage, integrations, and capabilities across the enterprise
- Collaborating with LOB leaders and Salesforce architects to align technology solutions with organizational priorities
- Driving innovation and continuous process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date program documentation, including requirements, design artifacts, and deployment guides
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to track program performance, milestones, and KPIs
- Ensuring alignment with audit, compliance, and governance standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field, Masters a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise programs, with 2+ years specifically overseeing Salesforce initiatives
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce development teams and programs across multiple stakeholders
- PMP certification preferred; Agile or Scrum Master certifications a plus
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of comfort presenting to executive stakeholders
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing business processes and technologies
- Confident and diplomatic in managing conflicts and resolving cross-functional challenges
- Effective delegator with the ability to lead in a matrixed organizational structure
- Collaborative team player who actively fosters a positive, solution-oriented team environment
- Capable of managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative solutions in complex environments
