What We Need


Corpay is looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to own and drive the API product line. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for API products that power integrations with partners, platforms, and financial institutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption and ensure seamless partner experiences. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Lead product discovery – Engage with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to identify key pain points and opportunities. 
  • Own the strategy and execution of the key initiatives from incubation to launch focusing on cross-border payments 
  • Partner with engineering – Collaborate with developers to build scalable, secure, and well-documented APIs that enhance partner integrations. 
  • Define success metrics – Establish clear KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product adoption, usage, and business impact. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with marketing, sales, legal, regulatory and operations teams to create GTM strategies and enablement materials for commercial teams globally. 
  • Product adoption – Work closely with commercial teams and global client engagement teams to improve product adoption 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends – Monitor emerging standards, fintech innovations, and competitor offerings to drive continuous improvement. 


Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech 
  • Technical fluency – Strong understanding of APIs and developer ecosystems. 
  • Outcome-driven mindset – Ability to prioritize impact over output, focusing on measurable business outcomes. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Proven ability to work across teams, including but not limited to sales, marketing, and engineering. 
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product strategy. 
  • Experience in product discovery – Comfortable conducting stakeholder interviews, customer research, and user testing. 
  • Analytical mindset – Ability to interpret data, track product performance, and make informed decisions. 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies – Strong familiarity with agile product development and sprint planning.
