National Account Manager – NGO Vertical
Corpay is currently looking to hire a National Account Manager for our NGO Vertical within our Cross-Border, Foreign Exchange (FX) division in the UK. This group partners with a range of companies across various industries to help solve the unique challenges of processing cross-border payments. Our subject matter experts enable our partners to create, integrate, service and scale a world-class currency and payments offering.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven sales professional to join our successful sales team at our office in Manchester or London. We are seeking hungry, sales-focused professionals with a passion in Foreign Exchange (FX) and experience working with non-profit organizations. You will be key in growing Corpay’s commercial presence and enhancing our portfolio by bringing in new non-profit organizations and revenues by successfully prospecting, selling, and on-boarding new clients.
FX is a fast-paced industry where you will be speaking to non-profit organizations and C-level executives to learn and fully understand their organization and international payments needs and determine how our solutions can help them more efficiently and cost-effectively.
How We Work
As a National Account Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3 office days) environment in our office in London - Moorgate. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in our office
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities by sourcing non-profit prospects and evaluating their FX needs
- Harvesting sales channels within the sales region as per business strategy and target markets, which includes, but is not limited to: Business Networking, Exhibitions, Specific sponsorship events, Telephone solicitation etc.
- Selling Corpay solutions using a consultative approach and presenting solutions based upon their needs, while fully explaining our value proposition and online product portfolio
- Managing client on boarding processes while maintaining an exemplary customer experience
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, market analysis and networking.
- Arrange in-person or web meetings with prospective clients.
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle to managing the relationships with clients and providing ongoing customer success.
- Working with the office based trader to ensure transactions are executed accurately and efficiently in line with client expectations and needs, while providing best in class client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in foreign exchange services or banking and finance for non-profit organizations
- Proven Sales and analytical skills for successful business generation
- Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience would be desirable
- Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and the ability to build rapports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and focused, combined with effective organisational and time management skills
- Professional demeanour to prospective and current clients coupled with strong listening skills
- The ability to work as a team player towards a specific sales goal
- Attention to detail, particularly with respect to client information and payment data
