QA Analyst
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst. We are looking for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented and analytical with a strong background in software testing, quality assurance, and defect management. Skilled in manual and automated testing methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, and SQL. Proven track record of identifying critical bugs, improving test coverage, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Passionate about delivering seamless user experiences and continuously improving QA processes to align with agile development practices.
How We Work
As a QA Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
• Assigned workspace in Brentwood office location
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and
• Assist software developers to identify bugs and problems during the development process.
• Conduct Smoke, Regression, Integration, and Usability testing
• Communicate with developers, product team, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and requirements are upheld on schedule
• On request, investigate and troubleshoot product bugs.
• Create and maintain internal QA documentation when necessary.
• Suggest improvements, automation, and efficiencies to testing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3-5 years of experience working as a QA Analyst or in a similar role
• Understanding of the role of QA in Agile processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional attention to details.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Positive attitude.
• Sense of ownership and responsibility over one's work.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, and sometimes, high-pressure environment and be able to meet deadlines.
