What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Account Specialist within our North American Fuel division. This position falls under our Customer Service line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide high-volume, high-quality customer support for small and midsize fleet accounts that do not have dedicated account managers. You will report directly to the Manager of Account Services and regularly collaborate with key account managers, customer service, and back-office support teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Handling incoming phone calls and Salesforce emails
- Making outbound calls and managing escalations
- Resolving customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution
- Managing 15–20 calls and closing 25 Salesforce cases daily
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Participating in an 8-week, badge-tiered training program
- Supporting thousands of accounts in a transactional service model
- Maintaining high standards of communication and organization
- Demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and information gathering
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of account management experience with a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and research independently
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and NICE
- Familiarity with AS/400 or host systems (not required but beneficial)
